Assent LLC Latest Notice
Assent’s Class A member, Online Securities Processing Inc., has granted an exclusive license to use the Anvil software, subject to certain terms and conditions, to Lightspeed Technologies.
In addition, Assent and Lightspeed’s affiliated broker-dealer, Lightspeed Trading, have entered into clearing and sponsored access agreements, subject to certain terms and conditions, including such regulatory approvals as may be required.
Assent expects to continue to make the Anvil platform available for proprietary traders until July 16, 2010, by which time it expects to disassociate all Class B and C members and to terminate their respective proprietary trading accounts.
